On January 13th, 2016, Group Cabico Inc.,
the leading Canadian manufacturer of fine
custom cabinetry, announced it has acquired
e Elmwood Group Limited, a growing
Ontario-based manufacturer of high-quality
custom kitchen and bath cabinetry.
With sales in excess of $100,000,000, 600
employees and manufacturing facilities over
350,000 sq. . Cabico becomes the largest
privately held custom cabinetry manufactur-
er in Canada, selling its products across the
US and Canadian markets. e transaction
value was undisclosed.
Cabico was represented by Marc Labrosse,
