Gunn's Hill Wind Farm is an 18 MW
wind project consisting of ten Senvion
MM92 turbines in the Township of Nor-
wich which will be the first co-operatively
owned wind farm in Ontario.
RES Canada Construction (Ontario) LP
is the balance of plant contractor. Gunn's
Hill LP is a partnership formed between
Prowind Canada Inc. (the Canadian subsid-
iary of Prowind GmbH), Oxford Communi-
ty Energy Co-operative Inc. and Six Nations
of the Grand River.
Gunn's Hill LP and its partners were ad-
vised by Fogler Rubinoff LLP with a team
that included Albert Engel, Lori Prokopich,
Leneo Sdao, Bill Hearn, Artem Miakichev
and Khalid Karim.

COMPLETES PURCHASE OF
THE ANCHOR SHORING GROUP
CLOSING DATE: JANUARY 16, 2016
On January 16, 2016, GFL Environmen-
tal Inc. (GFL), by its wholly owned subsid-
iary GFL Excavating Corp., completed the
acquisition of the Anchor Shoring Group
(Anchor). e Anchor Group includes An-
chor Shoring & Caissons Ltd., Banner Piling
& Excavating Limited and Crown Drilling
Limited.
e Anchor business will expand GFL's
breadth of service, adding earth retention
and foundation systems to the soil remedia-
tion, excavation and demolition capabilities
of GFL's infrastructure services group.
With the significant number of infrastruc-
ture, commercial and residential projects
that have been announced for the Province
of Ontario in the coming 5 years, this acqui-
sition will strengthen GFL's ability to com-
plete large-scale contracts in these sectors.

Lynn Noel at GFL with a team that included

The Honourable Donald R. Cameron, Q.C.

a former Superior Court Judge of Ontario, where he presided
over civil and commercial cases including insolvency and
bankruptcy disputes. Don possesses a balanced judgement
and a sense of fairness in all his dealings.
Michel is a retired Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada
and a Companion of the Order of Canada. His areas of
expertise include insurance, commercial, employment,
aboriginal, IP, libel, public policy and minority rights. Michel is
