creditors and investors of all types, including the major Canadian banks, many of the

has advised the Bank of Canada on systemic matters including the proposed acquisi-
tion of TMX. Also represents investment banks in complex or specialized structured
fi nance transactions, including asset-based fi nancing, securitizations and other types of
innovative structured fi nance, both domestic and off shore. Has participated as investors'
