Gordon Cameron is a partner who practices regulatory litigation at Blake, Cassels &
Graydon LLP. He deals primarily in matters relating to natural gas utilities and pipelines,
before the National Energy Board and the Ontario Energy Board. Cameron also acts
as counsel to several federal administrative tribunals, and is active before the Federal
Courts on applications for judicial review and appeals related to regulatory proceed-
ings. Cameron has taught law as an Adjunct Professor, fi rst at the University of Toronto
Faculty of Law and, since 1990, at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. BA, Univer-

Chris Sanderson's practice focuses on regulation and First Nations consultation in
the energy and resource sectors throughout Western and Northern Canada. He advises
utilities, marketers, mine and energy project developers and governments with respect
to project authorizations, consultation requirements, transportation arrangements and
marketing issues in the natural gas, oil, electricity and mining sectors. Sanderson appears
frequently before federal and provincial permitting, energy and environmental boards
