Robert Wisner is a partner in the litigation department and Co-chair of its Interna- tional Arbitration Group, which is ranked amongst the world's top 100 practices by Glob- al Arbitration Review. His practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, invest- ment treaty arbitration and cross-border litigation. He has argued cases involving busi- nesses and governments from around the world before international arbitral tribunals es- tablished under international commercial contracts, bilateral investment treaties and trade agreements. ese cases have been governed by the rules of the ICC, ICSID, UNCIT- RAL, AAA and CIETAC, amongst others. He has been recognized for his work in inter- national arbitration in a number of legal directories, including : Chambers Global: e World's Leading Lawyers for Business; Who's Who Legal; e Best Lawyers in Canada; Lex- pert®; and Legal Media Group's Guide to the World's Leading Experts in Commercial Arbi- tration. He speaks English, French and Spanish. Stephen L. Drymer joined Woods as partner and Head of International Arbitration and ADR in January 2013 a er many years as Co-chair of International Arbitration at a major Canadian and international fi rm. A member of the Bar since 1991, his practice is focused on domestic and international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He acts as counsel, as well as arbitrator and mediator, in domestic and international commercial and investment disputes, and advises parties on a broad range of issues associated with the de- sign, negotiation, dra ing and implementation of dispute resolution agreements and strat- egies. He also advises and represents clients in matters of public international law and dis- pute resolution, including matters involving maritime delimitation and trans-boundary resource management, and he is as well very active as counsel and arbitrator in the resolu- tion of sport-related disputes in Canada and internationally. A member of numerous ros- ters of arbitrators and mediators, Drymer is recognized as one of the world's leading inter- national lawyers and arbitrators. Joined Woods LLP as Senior Counsel in 2009 upon retiring from Québec Court of Appeal. Practice focuses on domestic and international arbitration and mediation. Ap- pointed Claims Offi cer to decide disputed claims in the restructuring and reorganization of the AbitibiBowater companies. Before appointment to court, specialized in litigation, appeared as counsel before the SCC and all other levels of court. Was counsel before sev- eral Federal Commissions of Inquiry. Recently at I.B.A. Conference delivered paper on: "Public Policy invoked as a ground for contesting the enforcement of an arbitral award or for seeking its annulment."
