He has acted as counsel to boards of directors, audit committees and special committees investi- gating allegations of serious corporate misconduct. Recognized as a creative and strategic problem solver. He has also acted as counsel and arbitrator in numerous domestic and in- ternational arbitrations. He has appeared before all levels of court in Canada and numer- ous administrative tribunals.
