Kaitlin is a leading litigator who works with clients
in the energy industry on regulatory, environmental
compliance and Indigenous law matters. Kaitlin is
highly experienced in high-stakes litigation involving
contractual disputes, fraud and class actions. She
is regularly the lead partner on complex disputes or
hearings, managing a team of lawyers, paralegals,
staff and experts. Kaitlin is the co-founder and
co-chair of the firm's Indigenous Relations Network,
which is dedicated to reconciliation, and is highly
involved in the firm's work to achieve Progressive
Aboriginal Relations certification.
Peter is a natural leader and a sought-after strategist
who co-chairs our business law group in Montréal.
His practice is focused on strategic private M&A
for large multinational organizations across various
industries, most notably aerospace. Peter often leads
a large team, leveraging the firm's global network
and his extensive knowledge to pursue our clients'
