LAWYERS TO WATCH Jason Park As a partner with Dentons Canada LLP's Municipal and Property Development Group, Jason Park assists property owners, developers and municipalities on various development application and appeals, including acting for some of the largest and most prominent developers in Ontario. He has attended at the Ontario Municipal Board on numerous occasions regarding a variety of Planning Act appeals and has extensive experience negotiating and drafting a variety of development related agreements such as Section 37 and Site Plan Agreements. Park has previous experience working in the City of Toronto's Legal Services Division. Rogers is an experienced insolvency lawyer whose practice focuses on all aspects of commercial reorganizations, distressed acquisitions, debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing and security enforcement. As a key member of Blakes' US initiative team, he relocated to the United States in 2004 to help establish the firm's Chicago office. Ross Neal Ross practices corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and public company governance matters.
