ENERGY - OIL & GAS Donald G. Davies Don Davies practices energy law with a focus on regulatory and litigation and is Chair of the firm's regulatory practice group. For more than 25 years, he has represented oil & gas producers, pipeline companies, and industry organizations in proceedings before the National Energy Board. He has acted for both proponents and intervenors in respect to applications for the approval of pipeline facilities and for the determination of pipeline tolls and tariffs. His cases involve complex environmental, Aboriginal, constitutional, jurisdictional, economic and financial issues. Davies has experience before the Alberta energy regulators, including the Energy Resources Conservation Board and the Alberta Utilities Commission.
