Dan Bereskin is a founding partner of Bereskin & Parr LLP and a leader in intellectual property (IP) law

Donald M. Cameron is a partner with Bereskin & Parr LLP, head of the Litigation practice group and a
member of the Patents, Trademarks and Copyright & Digital Media practice groups. His practice focuses
on intellectual property litigation, particularly relating to patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets law and
technology licences. He also advises clients on intellectual property aspects of technology licensing. He is

Jonathan Colombo is a partner and co-leader of the Trademarks practice group. His practice covers all areas
of trademark and copyright law, including the acquisition, exploitation and enforcement of these rights.
Jonathan has extensive litigation experience representing many national and international brands. He was
co-counsel in the Staples v. Office Depot case where a six year interlocutory injunction was obtained for the
firm's client Staples. He was co-counsel for McDonald's in litigation against A&W, and was counsel for Gap
in the Gap v. G.A.P. Adventures case, leading to a settlement in which the defendant rebranded worldwide.
Jonathan also represented Canada Goose in litigation against Sears Canada in a trade dress dispute. He has
acted for CarGurus in a copyright proceeding where statutory damages in excess of $90 million have been
claimed. In addition of being a member of the International Trademark Association's (INTA), Jonathan
also published several articles and taught at the McGill – IPIC Advanced Trademarks Course.
