Corbett Stikeman Elliott LLP Corporate Finance & Securities In addition to being Managing Partner of Stikeman Elliott's Calgary office, Leland Corbett maintains a busy corporate-com- mercial practice, frequently acting in pub- lic and private financing and other capital markets transactions. He has been senior counsel in many large and complex corpo- rate transactions, recently acting for Alta- Gas in its proposed $8.4-billion cross-bor- der acquisition of WGL Holdings. Under Corbett's leadership, the firm has contin- ued to support several volunteer programs, and in 2016 the Calgary office was hon- oured with the Generosity of Spirit Award in the Corporate Philanthropist category.
