Paul Lalonde is a recognized expert in international trade law, including anti-dumping and countervail,
customs, import/export controls, international sanctions, anti-corruption and investment treaty disputes.
Lalonde is also a leading expert in government procurement law, including as counsel in dozens of bid chal-
lenge cases. He has been recognized as a leading practitioner in international trade and procurement by several

Geoffrey Kubrick is a partner in McMillan LLP and Chair of its International Trade Group. He is one of
