DBS Bank Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank acted as joint lead managers; Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited acted as a co-manager for the offering. e offering was made pursuant to an offering circular dated May 16, 2016, and marked MFC's first debt transaction in Asian capital markets.
