IN NEW CREDIT FACILITIES

APLP Holdings Limited Partnership (APLP
Holdings), a wholly owned subsidiary of the
Atlantic Power Corporation (the Company)
entered into new senior secured credit facili-
ties, comprising $700 million in aggregate
principal amount of senior secured term
loan facilities and $200 million in aggregate
principal amount of senior secured revolving
credit facilities (collectively, the new credit
facilities). Goldman Sachs Lending Partners
LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner &
Smith Incorporated acted as joint bookrun-
ners for the New Credit Facilities.
e proceeds of the new credit facilities
will be used for various purposes.
Atlantic Power owns and operates a di-
verse fleet of power generation assets in the
US and Canada. Its current portfolio con-
sists of interests in twenty-three operational
power generation projects across nine states
in the US and two provinces in Canada.
APLP Holdings and the Company were

On April 7, 2016, Silver Wheaton Corp.
(TSX: SLW) completed a marketed offering
of 33,135,000 common shares at a price of
US$16.60 per common share, for gross pro-
ceeds of US$550,041,000.
