Goldman Sachs Lending Partners LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated acted as joint bookrun- ners for the New Credit Facilities. e proceeds of the new credit facilities will be used for various purposes. Atlantic Power owns and operates a di- verse fleet of power generation assets in the US and Canada. Its current portfolio con- sists of interests in twenty-three operational power generation projects across nine states in the US and two provinces in Canada.
