CN COMPLETES US$500M DEBT OFFERING CLOSING DATE: FEBRUARY 23, 2016 On February 23, 2016, Canadian National Railway Company (CN) completed the offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.750 per cent Notes due 2026. e offering was made in the United States under a shelf prospectus dated January 5, 2016, and pursuant to a prospectus supplement dated February 18, 2016.
