acquired the Toronto Argonauts Football
Club of the Canadian Football League
(CFL) from sports entrepreneur David Bral-
ey. Financial terms of the transaction were
not disclosed.
Founded in 1873, the Toronto Argonauts
are North America's oldest continuously op-
erated professional football club and the old-
est pro sports team of any kind on the conti-
nent that still operates with its original name.

COMPLETES ACQUISITION
OF AQUATERRA
CLOSING DATE: JANUARY 4, 2016
Cott Corporation completed its acquisition
of AquaTerra Corporation (AquaTerra),
a portfolio company of Birch Hill Equity
Partners Management Inc. (Birch Hill), for
approximately $62 million. e acquisition
was funded using cash on hand and borrow-
ings under Cott's asset based lending facility.
AquaTerra is Canada's oldest and larg-
est direct-to-consumer home and office wa-
ter delivery business that delivers premium
brands of water, coffee and tea, refreshments,
and break room supplies.
