Energy/Corporate Commercial Associate - (Junior to Mid Level) - Our client is an internationally recognized
Canadian law firm founded and focused on principles of professional excellence, integrity, respect and independent
thought. Our client has had minimal turnover as they have grown through internal expansion, rather than through
mergers and is now looking to add junior to mid level energy/corporate commercial associates to their exclusive team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success and at least 3-6 years of energy/corporate com-
mercial experience from a recognized Canadian law firm and
or a combination of firm and in-house experience.
Litigation Associate - (Mid Level) - Our client has
been ranked as having one of the top three business
litigation practices in Canada by Lexpert magazine and
is well known for its extensive regulatory and govern-
ment relations expertise. They are currently seeking a
mid level litigation associate to add to their growing
team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years
of litigation experience from a reputable law firm. Our
client is particularly interested in those candidates with
experience in the following areas: commercial litigation,
insurance litigation and labour and employment. This is
