Tina Cicchetti is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group who special-
izes in arbitration of complex commercial disputes and arbitration-related litigation. She
has acted as arbitrator, counsel and tribunal secretary in numerous arbitrations involv-
ing a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and joint venture
disputes, construction, expropriation and distribution agreements. Cicchetti advises
international and Canadian clients both when draing arbitration agreements and aer
a dispute arises, including the strategic options available in commercial and treaty arbitra-
tion. From 2003 to 2011, she taught a seminar on international commercial disputes as
an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Law. Former Presi-

construction matters. Legal representation includes energy related disputes, corporate
