Greg Kanargelidis is a partner who practices in the areas of international trade, customs
and commodity tax law at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Has more than 25 years of
experience. Heads the International Trade and Investment Law Group and is recognized
as one of the leading international trade and customs lawyers in Canada and the world.
Has extensive experience representing Canadian and foreign clients on global trade and
investment matters, export controls, economic sanctions and customs laws. Has substan-
tial experience in and regularly assists clients with trade remedy matters, with a particular
emphasis on anti-dumping investigations and appeals. Also advises on GST/HST and
other commodity taxes. Is very active in legal organizations. Member of the BCCC Trade
Compliance and Recourse Subcommittee, CITT Advisory Council, a co-chair of the
