Carol Hitchman is a partner in the Technology and Intellectual Property Group at
Gardiner Roberts LLP and her practice focuses primarily on intellectual property litiga-
tion. Hitchman has developed a broad range of experience as a litigator and a Patent and
Trade-mark Agent. She has been recognized by Lexpert® as Consistently Recommended
for her Intellectual Property Litigation expertise and in the International Who's Who
of Life Sciences 2011. Hitchman has appeared before all levels of the Federal Court and
the Ontario Court, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. Her practice is primar-
