Creber's primary focus has been in chemical, biotech and pharmaceutical patent litiga- tion. His practice includes trade-mark litigation, regulatory issues and advising on IP life cycle. Creber has been consistently recognized by e Best Lawyers in Canada and Lexpert® and other similar directories as a leading lawyer in litigation, IP and biotechnol- ogy.
