Kenneth McEwan practices complex corporate commercial, securities, product liability
and competition litigation at both trial and appellate levels. His extensive class-action
representations include 3M, Capital One and Cargill, for whom he succesfully acted in
the Supreme Court of Canada. He also has a significant arbitration practice, is co-author
of Commercial Arbitration in Canada: A Guide to Domestic and International Arbitra-
tions, a leading text on the subject, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of
Arbitrators. His peer review rankings include Benchmark's British Columbia litigator of
the year for each of 2013‒2015 and a Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV. He is a member
of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a fellow and governor of the International
Society of Barristers and a director of e Advocates' Society. He has been appointed
