Max Mendelsohn is a former Chair of the Board of Partners of McMillan LLP and
a former Corporate Restructuring Group leader. His practice is focused on advising
commercial enterprises, fi nancial institutions, trustees and reorganizing enterprises. He
also acts as mediator and arbitrator with respect to commercial disputes, advises boards
of directors and has served as a director of public and private companies. Mendelsohn
has been awarded the designation Avocatus Emeritus by the Bar of Québec and has
received a Lifetime Achievement award from the Turnaround Management Association
(Montréal Branch) and Lexpert®'s Zenith Award. He is a fellow (and former Director)

Grieve's practice focuses on complex cross-border commercial reorganizations. Grieve
has acted as counsel for the Petitioner in numerous CCAA reorganizations, including

Eugene's Mission; counsel for a major creditor in Canada 3000, ree Sisters Mountain
Village, Xillix Technologies Corp., Coalmont Energy Corporation and North American
