Brent Perry's practice focuses on domestic and international taxation matters, with
particular expertise in merger, acquisition, disposition, fi nancing and restructuring strat-
egies. He also represents clients in resolving issues and disputes with Canada Revenue
Agency and the Department of Justice. Joint Managing Partner of Felesky Flynn
LLP, 2001–2009. Admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1982 and appointed QC in 2000.
