He is past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association's National Competition Law Section and current Chair of its International Committee. Facey was recently named one of the top 15 Antitrust Lawyers in the world, and is the only Canadian lawyer to receive this distinction. His energy law practice focuses on the electricity sector and he is the past Chair of the market monitor for Ontario's wholesale electricity markets.
