Michael Erdle is a lawyer, Chartered Mediator and Chartered Arbitrator. His expertise
includes Internet and electronic commerce; structuring technology enterprises; technol-
ogy development, licensing and technology transfers; network agreements; privacy;
and outsourcing. He has considerable experience with technology-related copyright,
trade-mark, patent and trade secret issues. Erdle is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute
of Arbitrators and Director of the ADR Institute of Ontario and the ADR Institute of
Canada. He has previously been a Director of the Canadian IT Law Association and is a
past President of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada. He is an active member of
the Ontario Bar Association, the International Technology Law Association and other
professional and industry groups. He is a Registered Trade-mark Agent. Erdle was called
