She prac- tices commercial litigation (breach of commercial contracts, representation of banks, bankruptcy and insolvency, shareholder disputes, Competition Act, various real estate matters, including commercial leasing, manufacturers' liability, class actions), as well as litigation in civil and administrative matters, such as judicial review before the federal courts and the investigation conducted by the Québec Court of Appeal regarding the removal from offi ce of a judge of an inferior tribunal (Côté was then assisting the Court of Appeal).
