arbitration related to energy, banking, securities, insolvency, general commercial and con-
struction matters. Legal representation includes energy-related disputes, corporate reorga-
nization, governance, securities and shareholder disputes, as well as manufacturers' liability
and tort cases. Has extensive experience in regulatory and environmental matters related
primarily to the energy sector. Has appeared before all levels of court, the National Energy
Board and Alberta energy, utilities and other tribunals. Fellow with the American College
of Trial Lawyers and a member of Canadian Roster for International Dispute Settlement
