Principal of NRogers & Associates Inc. in Toronto, Canada, Nancy Rogers is a Char-
tered Accountant specializing in damage quantifi cation, business valuations and forensic
accounting. Rogers is a former director/principal of two major international consulting
fi rms. Since 1992, Rogers has focused exclusively on loss quantifi cation, business valuations
and investigations in the dispute context, working throughout North America and the Ca-
ribbean. Rogers' practice spans numerous industries including construction, mining, real
estate development, pharmaceutical, fi nancial institutions, technology and manufactur-
ing. As a qualifi ed chartered insurance professional (CIP), Rogers has extensive experience
in fi delity, business interruption and director negligence investigations and claims. Her
business valuations practice covers a wide range of shareholder disputes, and purchase and
sale agreement disputes. Rogers has been accepted as an expert in the Ontario courts in the
areas of forensic accounting, business valuations and construction delay and has testifi ed at
numerous arbitrations and mediations.
Neal Mizrahi is a managing director at FTI Consulting. He is a testifying expert witness
in the areas of business valuation, damages quantifi cation and fi nancial accounting. He has
prepared expert reports on behalf of companies and governments in North America,
South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East, in disputes ranging from $5 million
to $ 750 million. Mizrahi is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Busi-
ness Valuator. He is an adjunct professor at two prominent Canadian business schools:
York University and University of Toronto. He also teaches a mandatory component of
the CPA program in Ontario. Mizrahi has held a seat on various not-for-profi t boards and
is currently the Treasurer of the Israel Cancer Research Fund in Toronto. Mizrahi is recog-
nized in the International Who's Who of Commercial Arbitration, which lists the most
highly regarded experts globally.
Howard Rosen is a senior managing director at FTI Consulting and head of the Interna-
tional Arbitration practice. Since 1981, Rosen has provided expert witness testimony in
over 200 damages quantifi cation and valuation matters in courts in Canada and the Unit-
ed States and also in International Arbitration hearings in North and South America, Asia,
Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Rosen has sat as a member of an Arbitral Tribunal and
sole Arbitrator and has acted as instructor at the NITA and FIAA Expert Witness Trial
Practice Programs, the MIDS Program in Geneva, and as an MBA instructor at the Schul-
ich School of Business in Toronto. Rosen has been listed as one of the top valuation and
damages experts in Canada by Lexpert®, and Internationally by Who's Who Legal as one of
the top experts in International Commercial Arbitration. Rosen has also acted as advisor
for both public and private-equity investors. Rosen currently sits on the board of directors
and audit committee of one public company (Agriculture).
Greig Taylor is a managing director at FTI Consulting specializing in damages and the
identifi cation, quantifi cation and valuation of lost profi ts, business enterprise value and
wasted costs in matters involving alleged expropriation and breach of contract, in domestic
and international disputes. Taylor also assists clients in the preparation of economic deter-
minations of contracts and agreements in contentious and non-contentious settings. Tay-
lor is listed in e International Who's Who of Commercial Arbitration as a leading expert
witness, and has testifi ed and worked on numerous international arbitration and litigation
matters for both claimants/plaintiff s and respondents/defendants, under various institu-
tions and national courts. Taylor is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
England and Wales, and in 2004/05 raced a 72' yacht around the world.
