Jon Levin is repeatedly identifi ed as one of Canada's top 30 dealmakers and the recipi-

Kevin J. Morley is a Partner in Osler's Financial Services Group. As a leading debt
fi nance lawyer with more than 25 years of experience, Morley is a key advisor to numer-
ous fi nancial institutions, funds and other credit providers. As such, he has signifi cant
experience in: multijurisdictional asset-based, project, acquisition, commercial, cash
fl ow, equipment, subordinate and mezzanine fi nancings; fi nancial institution regula-
tion; capital market transactions; acquisitions, establishment and divestitures of fi nance
businesses and portfolios; and fi nancial institution licensing and regulation. Morley also

Peter Murphy specializes in banking and fi nancial services law, with a focus on corpo-
rate fi nancing, bank regulatory matters, loan workouts and debt restructuring on behalf
of fi nancial institution and corporate clients. Practice includes corporate lending, lease
fi nancing (particularly aircra fi nancing), LBO fi nancings, syndicated fi nancings,
cross-border transactions, structured and project fi nancings and trade credit, as well as
Bank Act regulatory advice (to domestic and foreign fi nancial institutions) and credi-
tor enforcement, loan workouts and CCAA debt restructuring. Member of the IIA and
CBA. For 10 years taught a debt fi nancing and debt restructuring course at the Univer-
