Irv Laskin acts for banks and other lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured

the local, national and international level. He has been involved in the fi nancing of a
wide range of businesses, including aircra , forest and mining assets, merchant banks,
hotels, oil & gas reserves, real estate developments, farms, greenhouses, newspapers,
high technology products and operations and national retail chains. ese fi nancings
o en have cross-border components and have included syndications and participa-
tions with government and other lending institutions, acting most o en for the lead

John Morrison practices fi nancial services and banking law in McMillan LLP's

credit facilities ranging from commercial mortgage transactions and mortgage bonds
