Irv Laskin acts for banks and other lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured

the local, national and international level. He has been involved in the fi nancing of a
wide range of businesses, including aircra , forest and mining assets, merchant banks,
hotels, oil & gas reserves, real estate developments, farms, greenhouses, newspapers,
high technology products and operations and national retail chains. ese fi nancings

John Morrison practices fi nancial services and banking law in McMillan LLP's

credit facilities ranging from commercial mortgage transactions and mortgage bonds
