Xeno Martis specializes on a cross-Canada basis in the areas of project fi nancing,

Marc Novello specializes in corporate fi nance. He represents and advises lending
syndicates and investors in project fi nancing, public and private take-over bids, asset
acquisitions and debt restructuring. He also represents borrowers in connection with
their borrowings and derivative instruments. Novello is actively involved in the imple-
mentation, negotiation, preparation and fi nalization of all aspects of cross-border
fi nancing, including credit and inter-creditor agreements, investment contracts and
security documents and bank debt restructuring documentation. He is a conference
lecturer on best legal practices in bank fi nancing and the creation of eff ective security
