FIERA AXIUM INFRASTRUCTURE PURCHASES GE ENERGY INTERESTS IN TOBA MONTROSE AND DOKIE 1 FACILITIES CLOSING DATE: DECEMBER 7, 2012 A consortium of investors managed by Fiera Axium Infrastructure Fund acquired GE Energy EFS's entire 60 per cent interest in the Toba Montrose General Partnership which owns and operates the 235 MW Toba Montrose Hydro Facility in British Columbia and its entire 49 per cent interest in the Dokie General Partnership, which owns and operates the 144 MW Dokie Wind Facility in British Columbia, from GE Energy EFS. The balance of each facility continues to be owned by Alterra Power.
