Vilder is the Montréal Practice Group Leader of the Financial Services Group. He specializes in project financing, bank

and Asia. Sébastien has specific expertise in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. He acts for financial institutions,
investment funds, development banks and sponsor companies. Sébastien is a member of many organizations, including the

Sharon Vogel has been recognized for her success at settling disputes relating to large-scale infrastructure, industrial and com-

tors and suppliers. Among the many professional acknowledgements she has recently received, she was recognized as one of
the 25 most influential lawyers in Canada by Canadian Lawyer, Who's Who Legal rates her one of the top three construction
lawyers in the country and Benchmark Litigation has named her one of the top 25 women in litigation. Sharon is a partner at
Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP and co-chairs the firm's construction and infrastructure practice group. Her expertise
includes negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation of construction disputes, including construction liens, breach of
contract, delays, surety bonds, construction insurance, and architects' and engineers' errors and omissions. Over the course of
her career, managing complex construction cases involving multiple parties, she has appeared at all levels of court, including the
Ontario Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Edward Waitzer is a senior partner, head of the Corporate Governance Group and served as chairman of the firm from 1999 to
2006. He is acclaimed for his wide-ranging corporate/M&A practice that focuses on complex business transactions including
acquisitions and restructurings. Ed is the first call for prominent Canadian businesses before making critical decisions and is
widely recognized for his work in fostering business connections between the Canadian and Chilean markets. He continues
to add to his seasoned practice by regularly advising clients with respect of international matters, including those relating to
various public policies and governance. Ed has served as a director of numerous corporations and community organizations,
and writes and speaks extensively on a wide range of legal and public policy issues. He also lends his expertise as a contributing
editor on the advisory boards of various publications. Ed was chairman of the Strategy Working Party, which restructured the
International Accounting Standards Board.

Craig Wallace is a principal of SHK with more than 30 years of experience in construction, insurance and commercial litiga-
tion. He frequently acts as counsel for design professionals, construction managers, owners and contractors in all manner of
construction disputes. His background as a professional engineer enables him to provide knowledgeable and cost-effective rep-
resentation to these parties in complex technical cases. Craig also frequently represents insurers in coverage disputes. His broad
commercial litigation practice includes cases involving bonding, builders liens, product liability, directors' and officers' liability
and shareholder disputes. Craig is a member of the Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia, as well as the law societies
of British Columbia and Alberta. He is a regular lecturer on the legal aspects of construction and the design professions at
seminars, as well as being an adjunct professor at UBC where he teaches courses on law for engineers and geoscientists.
