CANADIAN PACIFIC RAILWAY COM- PLETES $300-MILLION PUBLIC DEBT OFFERING IN CANADA CLOSE DATE: MAR 9, 2020 On Mar. 9, Canadian Pacific Railway Com- pany ("CPRC"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Canadian Pacific Railway Limited ("CPRL" and together with CPRC, "CP"), completed a public offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 3.05 per cent unsecured unsubordinated notes due 2050. e notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by CPRL. e offering was made in Canada under a base shelf prospectus of CPRC dat- ed Mar. 1, 2019, as supplemented on Mar. 5, 2020. e offering was completed through a syndicate of agents led by RBC Dominion Se- curities Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.
