MANITOBA WINNIPEG Andrew Stewart joins ompson Dorf- man Sweatman LLP as an associate. Prior to practising law, Stewart worked for the department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. In this capacity, he was part of a team charged with creating the Express Entry Program, the largest im- migration program in Canada. Over the course of four years, he developed the legal framework for the program, led employer outreach, and subsequently acted as Man- ager of the program's implementation. Emma joins DLA Piper aer working at a commercial litigation firm in Mississauga. Prior to that, she articled at a construction litigation boutique where she worked on high-profile construction arbi- tration and litigation files.
