Rachel Migicovsky is a litigator practising in estate and trust litigation and related proceedings. In Miller omson's Vaughan office, Rebecca Grosz has joined as an associ- ate in family law with a focus on com- plex property and equalization, child and spousal support, and high conflict custody and access disputes. She has ex- perience navigating corporate, tax, estate, and business valuation issues in family law matters. QUÉBEC MONTRÉAL Spiegel Sohmer Inc. has welcomed three new associates. Jonathan Éthier practis- es primarily in the fields of tax planning, corporate reorganization, business acquisi- tions/sales and trust and estate planning. He also assists his clients in resolving dis- putes resulting from tax audits, before the tax authorities or in the courts. Antoine Van Audenrode practises civil and commercial litigation and rep- resents the interests of businesses and individuals particularly in the fields of real estate, construction law, property law and disciplinary law. He also represents clients in the context of shareholder dis- putes and various commercial and con- tractual disputes. Éliane Dupéré-Tremblay joined Spie- gel Sohmer as a student and will soon be a member of the Bar. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016, aer having obtained her Juris Doctor from the Uni- versity of Ottawa and completed her arti- cles in a national firm.
