ed two new partners. Scott Masson has
extensive experience assisting clients with
Construction, Procurement and Real Es-
tate matters. Scott Bell practises Immi-
gration Law with a focus on business and
employment-based applications.
MLT Aikins LLP in Regina promoted
three new partners. Jana Linner focuses
on Labour and Employment and Hu-
man Rights Law, representing public and
private sector employers in a wide variety
of industries. Danielle Graff practises in
the Science and Technology group, with a
focus on Technology, Privacy and Health
Care Law. Tristan Culham is a commer-
cial litigator whose practice focuses on
Agricultural and Agribusiness disputes,
Intellectual Property claims and Insurance
Defence.

five new partners. Brad Zander's practice
focuses on Corporate/Commercial and Se-
curities Law. Jordan Riese is a Corporate/
Commercial lawyer whose practice is pri-
marily focused on M&A. James O'Brien
is a Corporate/Commercial lawyer with an
extensive knowledge base across a variety
of industries and businesses. Scott Mark-
ham is a business lawyer with a focus on
Corporate/Commercial Law, M&A and
owner-operated enterprises. Glen Gerrie
practises in the Taxation group.

Dentons Canada has three new partners
in the Toronto office. Kevin Rooney (see
also p. 4) practises in the area of mining
and natural resources and has experience
in a wide variety of financing and M&A
transactions. Alex Farcas focuses on
public and private capital markets trans-
actions, as well as domestic and cross-bor-
der M&A. Ora Wexler's practice centres
on public and private capital market
transactions and securities regulatory
matters.
Gordon Raman is now a partner in the
Mergers & Acquisitions group at Fasken
Martineau & DuMoulin LLP in Toronto.
Raman's practice spans M&A, Corporate
Finance and Corporate Governance, with
a broad industry background that includes
private equity and the technology sector.
Also joining Fasken Martineau & Du-
Moulin LLP in Toronto, Leonard Gold
now acts as a Strategic Advisor for the
firm's US Committee.
Lax O'Sullivan Lisus Gottlieb LLP in
Toronto has three new litigation part-
ners. Rahool Agarwal's practice includes
contractual disputes and shareholder dis-
putes. Crawford Smith's practice focuses
on Corporate and Commercial matters,
Energy Regulatory proceedings and Se-
curities and Competition Litigation.
Nadia Campion's broad Civil Litigation
practice includes commercial disputes,
shareholder oppression applications, and
director and officer liability.
Stephanie Ramsay and Cassandra da
Costa joined Hicks Morley Hamilton
Stewart Storie LLP as associates.
Kyle Genga joined Norton Rose Ful-
bright Canada LLP as a real estate partner
in the firm's Toronto office.
Aird & Berlis LLP in Toronto has four
new partners. Neill Kalvin is in the Real
Estate group, representing clients engaged
in negotiating and structuring complex
real estate transactions. Adria Leung Lim
joined the Capital Markets Group, where
she executes corporate finance and mer-
gers and acquisitions transactions. Maggie
Bassani joined the Municipal & Land Use
Planning group, where she advises clients
on land use planning and development
matters. Kathryn Esaw joined the Finan-
cial Services group and provides advice on
a broad range of Insolvency and Restruc-
turing matters.
Zale Skolnik joined Aird & Berlis LLP
as an associate in the Real Estate group,
advising clients on all aspects of Commer-

Marian Passmore is now an Estate

Tim Mitchell joined McLennan
Ross LLP as a partner in the
Labour and Employment group in
Calgary. He advises employers in
both the public and private sector
and focuses on advocating for
federally and provincially regulated
employers on matters related to
workplace law. Mitchell has acted
as lead counsel on several notable
labour, employment and workplace
human rights cases in Alberta.
He regularly appears before
labour relations boards, grievance
arbitration boards and human
rights commissions and tribunals.
Stéphane Eljarrat joined Osler, Hoskin
& Harcourt LLP as a partner in the
National Litigation group and has
offices in Montréal and Toronto. He
leads the White-Collar Defence practice
and works closely with Osler's market-
leading Risk Management and Crisis
Response team. Eljarrat represents
corporate clients and institutions in
a wide range of criminal investigations
and proceedings brought under various
federal criminal statutes. He also
defends clients in trials and regulatory
proceedings, and associated appeals,
advising and representing them in
high-stakes regulatory investigations.
