in Vancouver. She has experience
in Environmental law, Indigenous
law, Civil Litigation, Administrative
and Constitutional law. Duke
represents clients on matters that
include environmental assessments,
regulatory approvals, land use,
project development, Indigenous
consultation and contaminated sites.
As well as appearing before courts
and tribunals, she resolves clients'
disputes using alternative dispute
resolution processes, including
arbitration and mediation.

Toronto office. Rooney has a

He has extensive experience in
financing and M&A transactions
for issuers in a range of industries,
including mining, financial services,
biotechnology, cannabis and
software development. He has also
been involved in numerous matters

Dennis Ryan joined Doak Shirreff
Lawyers LLP in Kelowna as a partner
and head of the Natural Resources
Practice group. His practice focuses
on all aspects of Natural Resources
Law, which includes Forestry, Mining,
Agriculture and Environment. Ryan
assists natural resource clients
with their corporate, regulatory
and environmental objectives and
challenges, and on all corporate
matters, including the formation of
companies, partnerships and joint
ventures. His experience includes all
