He practises administrative and regulatory law with a focus on environmental, municipal, and planning advice and approvals. Barnett advises both public and private-sector clients on coordination of various levels of approvals required for complex projects. Indigenous Law Chrysten Perry was named Managing Partner of Stikeman Elliott LLP's Calgary office. Perry is highly knowledgeable about the opportunities and challenges faced by the players in the energy industry. She advises on corporate and commercial law related to oil and gas projects for clients in the upstream and downstream sectors, as well as for pipeline and midstream companies. Perry will continue her practice as a partner and co-head of the national Energy Oil & Gas Group at the firm. John Rowinski joined Fogler, Rubinoff LLP as counsel. He founded Two Row Law located in the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation, near Port Perry, Ont. where he also practises. His clients include Indigenous organizations, individuals and businesses. Rowinski acts in matters including litigation, negotiation, consultation, agreements, contracts, policies, governance and Reserve management. He appears before all levels of court and administrative tribunals. He is a member of the Indigenous Bar Association. with companies of all sizes, across all indus- try sectors. Brown also represents clients in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency.
