office. He practises administrative
and regulatory law with a focus
on environmental, municipal, and
planning advice and approvals.
Barnett advises both public and

of various levels of approvals
required for complex projects.
He also advises large landowner
groups on environmental assessment
processes and approvals, as well as
the implications of Ontario's Places

Perry is highly knowledgeable

related to oil and gas projects
for clients in the upstream and
downstream sectors, as well
as for pipeline and midstream
companies. Perry will continue
her practice as a partner and
co-head of the national Energy
Oil & Gas Group at the firm.
John Rowinski joined Fogler,
Rubinoff LLP as counsel. He
founded Two Row Law located in
the Mississaugas of Scugog Island
First Nation, near Port Perry, Ont.
where he also practises. His clients
include Indigenous organizations,
individuals and businesses.
Rowinski acts in matters including
litigation, negotiation, consultation,
agreements, contracts, policies,
governance and Reserve
management. He appears before
all levels of court and administrative
tribunals. He is a member of the
Indigenous Bar Association.

Eric Brown joined Bennett Jones LLP
as an associate in Vancouver. Brown served
as a judicial law clerk to the judges of the
Tax Court of Canada and articled with the
Federal Court of Appeal, clerking for the
Honourable Justice Wyman W. Webb.
He focuses on tax litigation and regularly
writes on key trends and developments in
tax litigation.

Patrick Fitzpatrick moved his dispute

LLP in Calgary. His practice involves con-
tractual disputes, intellectual property liti-
gation, shareholder and partnership litiga-

other litigation matters.
Bindu Cudjoe moved from Bank of
Montreal to take on the role of senior vice
president, general counsel and corporate
secretary at Canadian Western Bank. e
bank is headquartered in Edmonton, and
Cudjoe will be dividing her time between
that city and the Toronto area.

Douglas Buchanan, QC, joined Norton
Rose Fulbright Canada LLP as senior
counsel and co-head of the firm's North
American Infrastructure group. He prac-
tises from its New York and Vancouver of-
fices. In his new role, Buchanan works with
infrastructure co-heads — Doug Fried in
the US and Greg Lewis, QC, in Canada
— on growing that practice for the firm in

Kimberly Brown joined the taxation
