His pro bono activities include spearheading and supervising McMillan Calgary's participa- tion in the Duty Counsel program at the Calgary Courts Centre. Stead volunteers at Calgary Legal Guidance and he is the Mar- keting Chair for the Fire Science Litigation Specialized Litigation Group. Daniel L. Stevenson Cox & Palmer / Fredericton Daniel Stevenson practises Corporate, Commercial, and Tax and Estate Planning matters at Cox & Palmer. He advises busi- ness owners, several banks and individuals in matters relating to Mergers and Acquisi- tions and mergers of businesses, commer- cial financings, tax driven reorganizations, venture-capital financings, commercial real estate and succession and estate plan- ning. Stevenson is a member of the firm's Student Recruitment Committee.
