navigate daily corporate issues. He has led
many complex acquisitions since 2013 and
over the last year and a half he has led more
than a dozen multi-disciplinary trans-
actions involving cross-border issues in
gaming, consumer products, distribution
and real estate development. Adler sits on
the boards of the Jewish Youth Network
and Ohr Temimim, which offer support,
education and guidance to children. He
assists in developing programs to promote
positive mental health and self-image for
students to reach their full potential by
helping establish job placements, volun-
teer positions and summer learning op-
portunities. Adler is pro bono counsel
for Hadracha, an organization that helps
entrepreneurs develop expertise to begin
new start-ups.

Christopher Anderson specializes in pro-

also represents clients in disputes with

Ian Andres heads the Administrative Law

As the youngest Managing Partner in Stew-
art McKelvey's history, Clarence Bennett
manages both the Saint John and Frederic-
ton offices while maintaining a full Labour
and Employment Law practice. His focus
is on counselling employers over a wide
spectrum of labour and employment law
issues and is the lead labour and employ-
ment counsel to many of New Brunswick's
largest employers and works with a broad
variety of clients spanning industries such
as manufacturing, trucking, construction
and IT. As Managing Partner, Bennett has
introduced innovative pods to foster team-
work and has made considerable strides in
advancing client-friendly billing and fee
structures. Bennett is an active member
in professional organizations associated
