(doing business as Agro-Biotech), a private company which is a Québec based Licensed Producer under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) and an affiliated company for a purchase price of $90 million, payable half in cash and half in shares of Emerald. Emerald Health erapeutics is a BC- based Licensed Producer under the ACMPR and produces and sells dried cannabis and cannabis oil for medical purposes. e shares of Emerald are listed on the TSX Venture Ex- change under the symbol EMH. Agro-Biotech is a Licensed Producer under the ACMPR with a 75,000 square foot indoor cultivation facility in Saint- Eustache, Québec. McCullough O'Connor Irwin LLP (now Bennett Jones LLP) were counsel to Emerald Health erapeutics with a team consisting of James Beeby, Lisa Stewart, Lisa Andrews and Tajinder Rathor.
