(Project Co) to design, build and finance the new Groves Memorial Community Hospital development project located in Centre Wellington, Ont. e contract is valued at $127.5 million, which will cover the cost of design, construction and proj- ect financing. e new hospital will be built in Aboyne, Ont., between Elora and Fergus, and will replace the ex- isting community hospital in Fergus, Ont. e project focuses on the services most urgent- ly needed by the Centre Wellington community. e brand new rural hospital development will integrate into the Grand River trail network and the natural surroundings, and is expected to achieve a Leadership in Energy and Environment- al Design (LEED) Silver certification for design excellence and sustainability.
