Louis Amato-Gauci provides international trade, customs and transport regulatory advice to carriers, logis-
tics providers, importers and exporters, including tariff classification, origin, seizures, ascertained forfeiture
and AMPS, trade compliance verifications, and preferential tariff treatment under NAFTA and CETA.
As head of the firm's corporate/commercial team, Amato-Gauci is lead counsel on mid-market M&A and
