Leanne Williams is a partner in the insolvency and restructuring group at TGF. Leanne is involved in all
elements of a restructuring matter, and has extensive experience in both the transactional and litigation
sides of insolvency. Representing a variety of stakeholders over a broad spectrum of industries in Canada and
abroad, Leanne's recent significant mandates include the restructurings of Sears Canada, U.S. Steel Canada,
Endurance Energy Ltd., Emmanuel Village Residence Inc., Hollinger, the Mobilicity group of companies
and AbitibiBowater. Leanne is very active in the restructuring community and is a member of the Insolvency
Institute of Canada, is on the board of directors for the Toronto Chapter of the Turnaround Management
Association and is an executive member of the Ontario Bar Association (Insolvency Section). She regularly
speaks on insolvency related topics at conferences and continuing professional development programs. Le-
