As Schultz Frost's Co-managing Partner,
Kadey Schultz has built an insurance litiga-
tion and consulting firm focusing on com-
mercial and personal injury, dispute resolu-
tion and corporate training. She is counsel
on an application for leave to the Supreme
Court of Canada in Aviva v. Dittman,
which could completely change the scope of
coverage for no-fault automobile insurance
in Ontario. Committed to lifelong learning,
Schultz is an Adjunct Professor at the Uni-
versity of Windsor and is midway through
completing the Certified Risk Management
designation at the University of Toronto.
Schultz is a member of the Board of Trustees
of the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilita-
tion Hospital Foundation.
Elyse Sunshine

Elyse Sunshine practises public law liti-
gation exclusively and co-founded the
boutique Toronto health law firm Rosen
Sunshine. She is independent legal counsel
to various regulatory bodies and was ap-
pointed Complaints Review Officer for the
Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority.

hamas in redraing their intellectual prop-
erty legislation to make it compliant with
international treaty obligations. She is a
prolific speaker and writer and is Chair of

the Women's Law Association of Ontario's
