IN FAIRVIEW MALL
CLOSING DATE: FEBRUARY 7, 2018
On February 7, 2018, Ivanhoe Cambridge
Inc. completed the sale of a 50-per-cent in-
terest in Fairview Mall in Toronto, to 404 &
Sheppard LP.
Fairview Mall is one of the leading shop-
ping centres in Canada.

represented Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc. with a
team comprised of Marty Emmons, Andrea
