Geoffrey Kubrick is a partner in McMillan LLP and Chair of its International Trade Group. He is one of
Canada's leading practitioners in the field of international trade law. He has appeared in more than 100
trade-related cases before Canadian courts, tribunals and NAFTA panels, including a number of leading
trade cases. His experience in the area of international trade, particularly in customs, anti-dumping and
countervail investigations, allows him to offer expertise on anti-dumping and anti-subsidy complaints or
prosecute appeals against decisions of the Canada Border Services Agency, and to provide related opinions
and submissions. He has extensive experience in appearing before the Canadian International Trade
Tribunal in injury investigations and other trade proceedings. He advises clients on provisions of the WTO,
NAFTA, CETA and bilateral trade agreements. He is recognized as a leading trade lawyer in Best Lawyers
