Ed Babin has been practicing complex litigation in Canada for over 25 years. Prior to creating his own
successful boutique firm in 2009, Babin was for many years a senior partner in the highly ranked litigation
departments of two prominent Canadian law firms. Over the course of his career, Babin has gained
significant experience in many areas, both in individual and class-action proceedings. Babin works in a
